At Albany City Motors we aim to deliver the highest level of service to our customers at all times and in all situations.

We are a proud member of the community and as we all deal with the challenge of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to reassure you that our team are taking proactive measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our staff and customers.

We have introduced several additional measures to reduce the risk and support a safe environment.

Our business remains open and is operating as usual, however we are happy to explore alternative arrangements in order to assist our customers with test drives, vehicle collections and servicing.

For our Service/Parts Customers - If you are not wanting to enter our reception area, please call us (08) 9842 8000 from outside and we will meet you in the car park while practicing the social distancing requirements or alternatively, you can put your keys into our “Early Bird Box” next to our workshop roller door when dropping off vehicles for servicing.

What we are asking you to do to help us during this time:

  • Please disinfect and clean your car’s interior prior to dropping it off.
  • Remove any rubbish from your vehicle (especially used tissues and paper towels) to enable us to adequately disinfect after service.

For the safety and health of our staff we are also asking our guests to practice good general hygiene and if feeling unwell, to reschedule your visit to the dealership.

We have reinforced with our staff the importance of monitoring their own health and if they feel unwell or are showing signs of illness, they are to remain at home.

This is a challenging time but we will continue to closely monitor the situation and remain committed to providing you with the highest level of service as possible.

The Renault warranty is all about providing you with peace of mind ensuring a stress free ownership experience.  We believe the Renault diamond is a symbol of quality, and our comprehensive warranty reflects this.

All new Renault vehicles are covered by some of the most comprehensive warranty terms in the market.  The table below outlines the warranty policy covering all current Renault vehicles.

Renault will repair or replace any part on the vehicle (except those items listed in the Customer Information and Maintenance Booklet under the section titled "What is not covered") which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, free of charge - subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.

If you purchased your vehicle prior to the valid dates listed above, please contact your local Renault dealer or Renault Customer Service on 1800 009 008 to confirm the warranty for your specific vehicle.

Purchased and fitted with vehicle
Renault warrants all genuine parts and accessories fitted by a Renault dealership at the time of new vehicle purchase to be free of defects in material or workmanship for the period of the new vehicle warranty.

Purchased and fitted after vehicle delivery
If purchased after delivery of the vehicle and fitted by a Renault Dealer, parts and accessories are covered for the balance of the new vehicle warranty or by Renault's one year/unlimited km parts warranty, whichever is greater.

Purchased over the counter
Parts and Accessories purchased over the counter are covered from date of sale by Renault's one year/unlimited km warranty.

Renault will repair or replace any part of the vehicle (except those items listed in the Customer Information Booklet under the section titled "What is not covered") which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship, free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.
