We are a proud member of the community and as we all deal with the challenge of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to reassure you that our team are taking proactive measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our staff and customers.
We have introduced several additional measures to reduce the risk and support a safe environment.
Our business remains open and is operating as usual, however we are happy to explore alternative arrangements in order to assist our customers with test drives, vehicle collections and servicing.
For our Service/Parts Customers - If you are not wanting to enter our reception area, please call us (08) 9842 8000 from outside and we will meet you in the car park while practicing the social distancing requirements or alternatively, you can put your keys into our “Early Bird Box” next to our workshop roller door when dropping off vehicles for servicing.
What we are asking you to do to help us during this time:
Please disinfect and clean your car’s interior prior to dropping it off.
Remove any rubbish from your vehicle (especially used tissues and paper towels) to enable us to adequately disinfect after service.
For the safety and health of our staff we are also asking our guests to practice good general hygiene and if feeling unwell, to reschedule your visit to the dealership.
We have reinforced with our staff the importance of monitoring their own health and if they feel unwell or are showing signs of illness, they are to remain at home.
This is a challenging time but we will continue to closely monitor the situation and remain committed to providing you with the highest level of service as possible.
